Foster Medical Pavilion

This 8-story building features physician clinics, ambulatory surgery center, and a 260-car parking garage, connected by bridge to the hospital.  A community health/dental clinic is accompanied by clinics for orthopedics, pediatrics, eurology, thoracic, podiatry, pain management and urology.  We completed construction without incident or campus disruption within a zero lot line site and no on-site trades parking.
 
We also completed a café build-out for Au Bon Pain in a first floor retail space.
