Project Scope
Our construction scope included:

120,800 sf, three-story assisted living building with 70 residential units

30,000 sf, two-story memory care building with 20 units

22,500 sf, two-story residents’ fellowship hall featuring a chapel and community gathering space

Extensive site work that expanded the existing pond and created a central courtyard, connecting the new buildings with the existing campus

8,000 sf renovation of the interior common area, including a pool, spa, and lounge, as well as a 3,200 SF therapy suite for physical and occupational care
Collaborative Preconstruction Delivers Lasting Value
During a two-year preconstruction phase, our team worked closely with Presbyterian Homes and OKW Architects, delivering four milestone estimates and identifying $2 million in potential value alternates, with $1.5 million accepted. These strategic cost savings allowed the client to reinvest in higher-quality materials and finishes, aligning with their mission to provide an inviting, uplifting environment for residents and families alike.
