With a Project This Size, Efficiency Is Key
To achieve consistency and quality at scale, we led early coordination between the architect, structural engineer, and subcontractors, establishing a fully integrated structural and mechanical system. Using Building Information Modeling (BIM) for advanced trade coordination, we minimized on-site conflicts and improved installation sequencing.
Recognizing the benefits of repetition across the project’s numerous residential units, our team created full-scale physical mock-ups of key building systems, including an entire unit mechanical room. This proactive approach ensured design alignment and construction precision—meaning that solving one coordination challenge effectively solved it 300 times over.
