This renovation is a 60,000 sf build-out for Life Time Fitness on the second floor of the Sherman Plaza building in downtown Evanston, Illinois, converting two former tenant spaces into a single luxury “athletic country club.” The club features full-service locker rooms, a spa, cycle, yoga, and Pilates studios, and three indoor pickleball courts, all designed to deliver a premium fitness experience.
As part of Life Time’s new Miora approach to health and wellness, the club offers advanced recovery and performance services, including a Cryo Therapy chamber, Red Light Therapy bed, Infrared Sauna, and other high-end recovery treatments. Members also have access to a full-service spa, upscale locker rooms with dry saunas, three Laykold Masters Gel pickleball courts, on-site childcare, and a café, creating a comprehensive, resort-style wellness destination in Evanston.
