Constructed at the corner of Clark and Wells Street, the residences at Fifteen Fifty on the Park intersect three Chicago neighborhoods - Lincoln Park, the Gold Coast, and Old Town. Built on the site of the Village Art Theatre, the landmarked façade was restored and incorporated into the new structure.

Its white terra cotta, red brick, and intricate ornamentation provide a distinctive identity. Rising 11 stories above the historic façade, the contemporary limestone tower features 32 luxury condominium units with floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious bedrooms, and expansive terraces.

Historic Restoration

Originally built in 1916, the Village Art Theatre served as a community entertainment venue for over 90 years. After laser scanning the entire façade for a precise record, our project team took down each piece of terra cotta, keeping as many original building pieces intact as possible. They were carefully categorized, restored, and replaced using the laser scan as a reference.
