Previously located on the fourth floor of 325 North LaSalle, nationally renowned law firm Levin & Perconti sought a new Chicago law office space that would better support their growing practice and client needs. After evaluating multiple options, the firm secured a vacant third-floor suite in the same building and transformed it into their new headquarters.

The 15,000 sf law office build-out features private offices, workstations, collaboration areas, open workspace, and a café, creating a modern, efficient environment tailored to litigation, case preparation, and client service.
