A global manufacturer of confectionery goods, Mars Wrigley’s Global Innovation Center has been the hub for creativity and collaboration since Power built their corporate headquarters in Chicago in 2005. Since then, we have successfully completed multiple projects and for the past two years have been present on campus, actively building or renovating corporate and research spaces. Due to the complexity and volume of these projects, as well as to maintain clear communication, our team holds both weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings as well as weekly meetings with just the Owner. Substantiated by a thorough photo documentation process, we have a dedicated project team who work in lock-step with Mars Wrigley to plan for their current and future facility needs. Following our One Power concept, Big Power, Workplace Group, Cold+Food Group, and our self-perform carpentry groups have all contributed to the projects on the Mars Wrigley campus. |
