This 370,000 sf facility is a state-of-the-art advanced sciences building, driven by the University of Chicago’s transformative science, engineering, and quantum research. The 13-story building features over 300,000 sf of laboratories designed to advance innovative science and technologies, 125 parking spaces, ground floor lobby and retail, and 40,000 sf of amenity space. Specialized systems include triplex domestic water pressure booster pumps, lab waste/vent risers piped to shared base building, pH neutralization capabilities to be installed by tenants, chilled water riser network, vivarium access, and a 8,000 MIPS vibration velocity limit.
