This process allowed multiple work phases to progress in parallel—while concrete was poured on upper levels, finishing work advanced below—significantly improving on-site efficiency. By closely tracking progress and refining workflows, the team successfully reduced cycle time from five days to three, ensuring tight alignment between tasks across floors.
