110,000 sf

This 110,000 sf full interior and exterior renovation transformed the former Five Seasons Country Club into Life Time Burr Ridge, a modern athletic country club. Completed in four phases, the project refreshed two existing tennis barns into dedicated pickleball courts and added a new wet suite with steam, sauna, warm spa, and cold plunge, along with a full café, fitness spaces, kids area, and an upgraded exterior pool deck with refreshed tennis courts. The scope also included replacement of most of the existing plumbing system, new sprinklers in the tennis barns, wet areas, and group fitness studios, and a major mechanical upgrade by replacing all rooftop units.

Working in an occupied Space

Because the metal-panel-and-brick building remained occupied throughout construction, special coordination was required to minimize disruption to Life Time members and tennis guests. The team carefully planned partial area shutdowns, preserved as much of the existing structure as possible, and sequenced work so new MEPFP systems could be installed in phases while the club stayed open and operational.
