Medline Industries, LP at the Mart

50,000 sf interior office space and training room inside the historic Merchandise Mart. Features include demountable office fronts, soft seating spaces, and a boardroom with a moveable glass wall. Interior finishes include drywall, doors and hardware, non-structural drop ceilings, lighting, electrical, millwork, selected finishes and furniture improvements. 

Logistics

Working in a historic landmarked building with an active showroom meant logistics had to play a large part of this project. Being able to schedule elevator time and bring materials in and out in a non-disruptive way was extremely important.
