2,300 sf build-out in a new building for Wintrust Bank. Featuring new offices, conference room, and personal banker stations. New millwork teller stations, check/document stations and working stations. Heaving coordination was required with a bank security vendor for various systems and to ensure quality and safety of ATM/night drop-off machine installation.
A second phase of the project included exterior work for a new drive-up ATM. The parking lot was previously completed, so work included salvaging existing pavers for reuse. Excavation of a trench for new pneumatic tubing that fed from the ATM/drop off station to the new bank, which required strict coordination.
